Verification of Enrollment Form

Student Self Service

Look at what you can do with Student Self-Service:

• Print enrollment verification certificates
• Find out when deferment notices were sent to your student lenders
• View your enrollment history
• View the proofs of enrollment sent on your behalf to student service providers
• Get a list of your student loan holders

How to Access FREE Student Self-Service:

1. Go to the DMACC website
2. Select myDMACC and login then select Banner Self Service
3. Select the NSC Enrollment Verification Services under Enrollment Services

Most deferments will be processed electronically through this service. The clearinghouse sends electronic files to the participating lenders to update student status. Enrollment files are sent three times from the school for the fall/spring semesters and two times for the summer term. No paper deferments are sent to the clearinghouse.

Loan Deferments

Des Moines Area Community College participates with the National Student Clearinghouse for deferment of student loans. Most deferments will be processed electronically through this service. The clearinghouse sends electronic files to the participating lenders to update student status. Enrollment files are sent three times from the school for the fall/spring semesters and two times for the summer term. No paper deferments are sent to the clearinghouse.

Lenders do have access to the secure Web site at the clearinghouse once our files have been processed.

Example of Submissions:

Loan deferments for Private Lenders that do not participate with the clearinghouse will be processed through the school once the term has started, in the order received.
