Welcome to the Bistro classroom at the Iowa Culinary Institute!

• The Bistro is now closed. We look forward to seeing you in the fall. Thank you for your support of the ICI and our talented students! 
• Cost – $17 per person. Cost includes a starter, entrée, dessert, and beverage. Payment is made in the Bistro.
• Weekly menus will be available on this website. We offer classic bistro fare from around the globe, curated and executed by our students and staff. A themed buffet will be offered weekly during the fall.
