Welcome to the Bistro classroom at the Iowa Culinary Institute!

• Our Spring 2026 dates are now sold out. Thank you for your support of the ICI and our talented students! We look forward to seeing you in the fall!
• Cost – $17 per person. Cost includes a starter, entrée, dessert, and beverage. Payment is made in the Bistro.
• Weekly menus will be available on this website. We offer classic bistro fare from around the globe, curated and executed by our students and staff.
• There is no buffet offered during the spring semester.
