Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for DMACC employees
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP), provided by Lincoln Financial Group, is available for DMACC employees in need of assistance. It provides counseling, and support for legal issues, financial planning, child/elder care, or other personal issues. Access EmployeeConnect Plus online at GuidanceResources (Organization Web ID needed to Register = Lincoln). Employees may also call 855-327-4463 to speak with a Guidance Consultant.
