Coordination of adjunct, part-time, and student employee recruitment and hiring, reviewing and approving course approvals for adjunct instructors, screening applications for regular faculty and staff positions, training supervisors on hiring processes for adjunct, part-time, and student staff. Serves as backup to the Director, Talent Acquisition.

Review submitted time reporting and serve as a resource for employee questions about payroll and tax deductions. Responsible for reviewing, verifying, and inputting all data related to nursing adjunct pay.

Conduct workplace investigations and provide performance management consulting. Consult, advise, and chair the Job Reclassification (Job Evaluation) process.

Responsible for the classification and compensation programs for the College ensuring that programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies and government regulations. Serve as subject matter expert for consulting and advising on compensation related issues, including wage and hour (FLSA) issues, salary placement, salary structure development, and salary equity studies.
