DMACC West Campus offers areas on campus for non-DMACC events. Learn more about the areas available and rates. Areas not listed below are at the DMACC District-Wide Rates that apply to all Campuses and Centers.

Standard Technology - PC/Doc Cam/HDMI Laptop Connection/Large TV/Display at front
of the room with wall mounted speakers and touch screen input switcher.
Interactive Technology - Built-in streaming capabilities with hard wired camera, speakers,
microphone, confidence monitor, and interactive touch display. (Tech Support is also required for use of Interactive Technology in 116E and 117W, or use of digital
mixer in Ellipse 101.)

**Food/Drinks Allowed
*Half day - 4 hours, Full day - 8 hours
* Minimum Rental - 2 hours
* Space fees do not include special Service Fees for Security, Custodial and Technicians.
*Cancellations - The Permittee shall notify DMACC as soon as possible if they need
to cancel their event. If notice is received by DMACC five working days before the
event, there will not be a cancellation fee. If DMACC is notified after that window,
the Permittee will be charged 50% of the total contract. If the Permittee does not
notify DMACC of cancellation, they will be charged the full contract amount.
Service Fees
Note: If DMACC determines additional personnel need to be brought in due to the nature of the event or the size/time/content, these fees will be charged.
