District-Wide Use of Facilities
DMACC offers areas on campus for non-DMACC events when space is available. Learn more about the District-Wide areas available and rates. All locations and facilities follow these rates unless they have their own rate set.
Indoor Space Fees

* Space fees do not include special Service Fees for Security, Custodial and Technicians.
* Minimum Rental - 2 hours

- Fire House/Criminal Justice Training Center (Ankeny)
- Newton Conference Center & Newton Campus
- Many Campuses/Centers have their own rates for specific rooms. Those rates apply first and if no other rates, we use these tables (District-Wide Rates)
Special Fees
Note: If DMACC determines additional personnel need to be brought in due to the nature of the event or the size/time/content, these fees will be charged.
