Exploratory Career Academy
Year 1:
Students explore a range of skilled trades like welding, advanced manufacturing, maintenance,
electrical tech, and construction trades through coursework, guest speakers, job site
visits, hands-on learning, and work-based learning.

This track helps students jumpstart a career in healthcare – either immediately after high school or through pursuing a 2- or 4-year-degree. Students can earn a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Advanced CNA certificate and satisfy most requirements for entry into DMACC’s nursing program.
