    The Gilman Scholarship Program offers awards for undergraduate study abroad. This scholarship provides awards for U.S. undergraduate students who are receiving Federal Pell Grant funding at a two-year or four-year college or university to participate in study abroad programs worldwide.

DMACC Scholarships Available

Below are scholarships available for 2016 Spring Semester:

Newton Campus Scholarship: $500 Available to all Newton campus students interested in London Study Abroad. The scholarship is given based on merit and financial situation.
Scholarship application.
Applications are due on November 1, 2014 to Julie Van Cleave at the Newton Provost’s Office. For more information, contact javancleave@dmacc.edu; 641-791-1720

West Campus Scholarship: $1,000 Available to all West campus students interested in the London Study Abroad Program. This scholarship will be given based on merit and financial need.
Scholarship application.
• Scholarship deadline is Monday, Nov. 3 at 4 p.m. to Becky Thompson at 515-633-2408 or rkthompson@dmacc.edu

Ankeny Campus Scholarship: $1,000 (or two $500) scholarships available to all Ankeny campus students interested in the London Study Abroad Program. This scholarship will be given based on merit and financial need.
Scholarship application.
• Scholarship deadline is Monday, Nov. 3 at 4 p.m.

Boone Campus Foundation Scholarship: $1,000 (or two $500) Scholarship Application. Students who want to compete for the Boone Campus Foundation $1,000 scholarship may have already applied for a general Boone Campus Foundation scholarship. Those students don’t need to re-apply. Others who haven’t yet applied must meet the Nov. 3 deadline. In the required essay, applicants should mention they are going to be studying in London. Students who have already submitted their applications/essays will have their applications pulled from the general scholarship group and matched with the list generated by Maria Cochran after Nov. 3.

Urban Campus Scholarship: $1,000 Available to all Urban students interested in London Study Abroad. The scholarship is given based on merit and financial situation. Scholarship Application
