Complete your high school education through the Youth Consortium!

If your school district is a member of the Youth Consortium, it provides alternative educational opportunities to students who desire to complete their education.
 
  • Who benefits? A = low attenders
  • Allow students to graduate through a local high school vs getting behind or dropping out.
  • Allow us to free up the busy schedules of high school staff members. DMACC handles all instructional and communication responsibilities.
  • An alternate location, one-on-one communication, instruction, and goal-setting are offered for increased student success.
  • Caring staff members who provided extraordinary personalized instruction.

Contact your high school counselor to see if you are eligible for the academic services provided through the DMACC Youth Consortium.

Are you currently out of school or having difficulty in your present school environment?
If so, take this opportunity to earn credit to be transferred to your home high school. This will allow you to keep up with your class while you are out of school.
 
How?
If you are 17 years of age or older, you are eligible to enroll in DMACC's High School Credit Program.
 
A variety of High School Courses are available through DMACC
  • Each course has been individualized
  • Students work on each course independently with the assistance of DMACC instructors
  • Students work at their own pace
  • Students’ attendance schedules are flexible

Students who may benefit from this program should meet with their school counselor to establish their educational plan, and then the counselor can refer the student to the Consortium.
