The DMACC Des Moines/Urban Campus is located at 1100 7th Street, Des Moines, Iowa 50314. The map is oriented with north at the top and shows seven campus buildings, lettered parking areas, surrounding streets and nearby DART bus stops.

The campus extends from University Avenue on the north to Day Street on the south, generally between 9th Street on the west and 6th Street on the east. Seventh and Eighth streets run north and south through the campus. Ascension Street crosses the eastern portion of campus diagonally, and Laurel Street crosses near the southern portion. Day Street provides access toward Interstate 235.

Building 4, the Betts Building, is in the northwest section of campus near University Avenue and 9th Street. Building 7, the Student Life Building, is near the center of campus between 8th and 7th streets. Building 1 is directly south of Building 7.

Building 5, the Hamlett Building, is southwest of Building 1, between 9th and 8th streets. Building 2 is southeast of Building 1, between 8th and 7th streets, and Building 3 is immediately east of Building 2.

Lettered DMACC parking areas are distributed throughout campus, including parking near Buildings 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7. The map also identifies property west of Building 1 as United Way property and specifies that its parking areas are not available for DMACC parking.

DART bus stops are located along University Avenue and near several campus streets, including 9th Street, 7th Street, Laurel Street and 6th Street.
