It’s one of the toughest leadership shifts out there—and chances are, you don’t feel totally 100% ready for it. This course provides new leaders with practical strategies and real-world tools to set expectations, give honest feedback, navigate conflict, and build trust—enabling them to lead with clarity, inspire performance, and achieve tangible results. There’s no need to fake it till you make it. What’s needed are practical strategies, tools that actually work, and a space to try them out—without the pressure to have it all figured out. Let’s get you from “I hope I’m doing this right” to “I’ve got this.”
