A.I. Fluency
A.I. Fluency
AI Fluency is a practical, hands-on course designed for professionals who already have some experience using large language models and want to apply them more effectively in real business settings. This course moves beyond basic experimentation and focuses on turning AI use into reliable, repeatable, and responsible work practices.
Participants learn how to work with documents, structured and semi-structured data, and multi-step tasks using large language models. The course emphasizes how to provide clear context, structure inputs, and guide outputs so results are more accurate, consistent, and usable across real workflows. Rather than one-off prompts, participants learn to think in terms of processes, refinement, and reuse.
AI Fluency is not a coding or model-building course, and it does not promise full automation. Instead, it focuses on practical application: how to use AI as a powerful support tool while maintaining human judgment, oversight, and accountability. Ethical, privacy, and data-handling considerations are addressed in a practical way, aligned with how AI is actually used at work.
