English Language Learners

Carroll Campus offers English instruction for ages 18 or older. English Language Learners (EL​L) is a program for people who speak, read and write best in a language other than English and desire to improve their use of the English language.

Computer Languages Diploma with Rural Forge Scholarship

 

​Learn more about our Computer Languages Diploma. This program is included in the Rural Forge Scholarship ​ which is designed to pay up to $7,500 per year for tuition, books, and online fees for 25 rural students who qualify​.​
