MIG Production Welding

Cost: $5,600  (FREE training, books, and supplies to qualified applicants)

This program is designed to prepare you with the necessary skills for a career in MIG Welding, skills in high demand with manufacturers throughout Central Iowa. In addition to welding, you will take additional courses in industrial safety, welding inspection, and welding print reading. Throughout the course, you will practice welding various Joints in multiple positions using MIG (GMAW) with pulse, spray, and short-arc transfer methods.
