Pathway Navigators Help You Find Your Way

WTA offers participants support through our Pathway Navigators to help with concerns that may come up while you are in school.

WTA Career Readiness Class

Helping our students discover their career pathways is not all that we do. Through career transition coaching, we help students clarify the vision and direction they want to pursue. Our Career Readiness Class focuses on our students being prepared to excel in skills that are essential to job success, including: Professionalism/Work Ethics, Teamwork/Collaboration, Problem-Solving and Communication skills. In addition, we help students create or update their resumes, cover letters and follow up correspondence. We help prepare students for different interview formats and offer suggestions on how to improve their interviewing style. They will have the opportunity to sharpen their interview skills by participating in industry related mock interviews.
