Tutoring is a support service available to all DMACC students. The Tutoring Department employs peer tutors to assist students with difficult courses. Knowledgeable tutors can assist students by reviewing the course material, answering questions, and reviewing for exams. When combined with other support services offered through the Academic Achievement Center, tutoring becomes a powerful ally in learning difficult course material.

Tutoring Information

  • Students may use the tutoring services at no charge.
  • Tutoring may be scheduled individually or with a group
  • Students may request tutoring at anytime throughout the semester

Search the DMACC Course Schedule for a specific subject, evening classes, late start classes, online, or view course schedules by location.

DMACC also offers a variety of course delivery types this summer including face-to-face, web-blended, online, and virtual. Explore and discover the right summer course type for you.

You don't have to make your life fit into a traditional academic year. DMACC recognizes 16 weeks of classes that start in the fall and spring isn't the best fit for everyone. If you're looking for a schedule that works for you, then consider taking DMACC FAST Classes: Flexible Accelerated, Shorter-Term.

DMACC FAST Classes are condensed and offer more sessions throughout the year, but you earn the same credits you would in a semester-long class. Graduation and career success will come sooner than you think!
