  • Keeping Educated Youth in Des Moines (KEY) – KEY is an organization which connects area employers with career services professionals from colleges and universities across the metro. Every other month during the school year, KEY partners with the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce to host professional development seminars at member colleges. Seminars focus on employee recruitment and retention-related topics.   • Iowa Workforce Development’s Labor Market Information Division – Access valuable labor market data, including employment/unemployment rates, wage information, projections, college student retention, and more.
  • National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) – NACE is the leading professional organization for colleges and employers. Their website contains countless articles and reports on talent acquisition best practices and other areas of interest to those recruiting college students and graduates. Please note: some NACE content is only available to members.
  • NACE Principles for Ethical Professional Practice – NACE provides these guidelines for employers participating in recruitment on college campuses. We ask that our employer partners embrace these principles when engaging with our students, graduates, and other members of the DMACC community.
