Course Descriptions:

NEW HDD Circuit℠ I
(one-week course) - $4,000/participant

The HDD Circuit I Training Program gets its name from the original HDD Circuit Training Program (renamed HDD Circuit II). This one-week course is designed for the drill contractor looking to onboard and develop new employees into their Horizontal Directional Drilling business. The programs goal is lessening the time it takes to get someone competent on a drill crew while promoting internal career pathing thanks to its segmented training approach. Students can choose between on-rig operation or DCI locating tracks. Because both programs utilize the same content, you can rely on a superior end product this training program is known for.

Outline:

  • Day one – Classroom training (workbook and training materials supplied)
  • Day two-four – Hands-on
  • Driller – bore planning, mix and test drilling fluids, pilot bore and pullback of product/reamer
  • Locator – bore planning, equipment setup and DCI log-while-drilling (LWD
  • Day five – Test out (clean up tools, additional equipment adjustments and post-test)

Training schedule for HDD Circuit I – one-week course
