About the DFI Gala
The DMACC Fashion Institute is hosting the 9th annual Gala FUNHAUS April 21st and
April 22nd. All designs will be created by students in the Fashion Institute. This year we
wanted to create four different scenes to include as many designs as possible. All
designs will be showcased during our runway show. Students are also given the
opportunity to showcase projects in a stationary display before the runway show.
The annual DFI Fashion Gala was born in the Spring of 2015 to create a deeper and
more meaningful experience for students. Students who enroll in APP 300: Fashion
events and PR, work together to plan, organize, produce, and promote the event each
year.
