  • Keeping Educated Youth in Des Moines (KEY) – KEY is an organization which connects area employers with career services professionals and students from colleges and universities across the metro. To join the KEY event invitation list and to learn more about KEY sponsorship opportunities, please contact Tiffany Menke at tmenke@urbandalechamber.com.
  • Iowa Workforce Development’s Labor Market Information Division – Access valuable labor market data, including employment/unemployment rates, wage information, projections, college student retention, and more.
  • National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) – NACE is the leading professional organization for colleges and employers. Their website contains countless articles and reports on talent acquisition best practices and other areas of interest to those recruiting college students and graduates. Please note: some NACE content is only available to members.
  • NACE Principles for Ethical Professional Practice – NACE provides these guidelines for employers participating in recruitment on college campuses. We ask that our employer partners embrace these principles when engaging with our students, graduates, and other members of the DMACC community.
