To participate in the TRI program, you need to apply for admission to Des Moines Area Community College. The application is free.
Next, visit with your advisor about applying to the TRI-Drake Program. Once accepted, start enjoying the benefits.
Finally, apply to Drake as a transfer student. The application fee will be waived.
The TRI program, which begins Fall Semester 2008, provides an easy transition from taking community college classes at DMACC to attending a prestigious four-year institution such as Drake University.
Best of all, you'll be able to complete your education all the way through to a Bachelor's Degree in a comfortable, close-to-home setting. (That means, if you choose, you may even be able to maintain your same part-time job all the way through college.)
DMACC students must have at least a 2.5 grade-point average to be accepted into the TRI program and must maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA in order to be admitted at Drake.
