To all members of the DMACC community, we are currently experiencing unplanned IT outages that affect our phone systems, myDMACC, VPN and Internet access on campus. Other systems may also be affected.
The College's Data Center Cooling System in Ankeny failed early this morning, which is the cause of the temporary outage across DMACC. Repairs are already in progress, and updates will be shared via both DMACC Rave Alerts, here, and on Facebook.
To all students, please note that Blackboard can still be accessed by going to dmacc.blackboard.com. You can sign in with your username and password; be sure to leave off @dmacc.edu when signing in.
