Release of Excess Financial Aid for Spring 2019
Refunds of excess financial aid are issued after attendance has been verified which will occur once classes have started for the current term.
The earliest possible date a student is eligible to receive a refund of excess financial aid for spring 2019 term is January 31st, 2019. Students who are only attending late start classes must wait until their classes have started in order to be eligible to receive their excess aid.
Students who are first time borrowers of federal student loans are required to wait until February 13th to be eligible to receive their excess loan funds.
Prior to receiving their refund, students can use excess financial aid to purchase books from a DMACC bookstore beginning January 2nd, 2019.

Spring Term 2019
Refunds for overpayment of tuition will be issued on January 31st, 2019. If a student has dropped all classes and does not plan on attending during spring term they may call the Student Accounts Office at 515-964-6446 to request an early refund of payment. To determine whether or not you are eligible to receive a refund of your tuition payment, please refer to the

All other refunds
Once a student has referred to the
Add/Drop with refund page to determine their refund eligibility, they should make sure they have selected a refund preference. To select a preferred refund method, students need to use the information on their student ID to login to the website
dmacconecard.vibeaccount.com and select
