Setting Up an Authorized Payer

  1. Start by logging in to the myDMACC portal, then select the Web Info System icon. If you are already signed up as an authorized payer, use the following link to sign in: AUTHORIZED PARTY LOGIN
    • If you don't know your login information, please visit the help page and choose the appropriate option from the list on the left side of the page.

  2. Select 'Student Accounts / Pay or view your bill' at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Choose 'Authorize parent or sponsor to pay Student Account Balance using Enterprise'.

  4. Select 'Add an Authorized Party'.

  5. Complete the required information on the 'Authorized Party' form for the person you wish to grant payment access on your account. Once complete, the authorize payer will receive an email containing their login information so they can complete the setup process. Be sure to give them the answer to the authentication question you created.
