Online Ordering Guide

Ordering textbooks online at DMACC Bookstores

  1. Have your DMACC course schedule available to assist you in ordering your books.
  2. Select the campus you are taking classes at from the menu on the left (all campus bookstores listed).
  3. After the new webpage has opened, click on the link "Textbooks & Course Materials" in the blue area below the DMACC banner.
  4. Select from the drop down menu the correct term you are ordering for. Only terms showing are available to order for.
  5. Select from the drop down menu the Department, Course number, and Section number of the class you are registered for and click submit. This information is on your course schedule and should match exactly to the website. If something does not match please double check you are in the correct campus website. If everything is correct but does not match call the bookstore for assistance.
  6. You will see the materials ordered for the class, you can select the items you want and add to cart.
  7. If you have additional textbooks to order click on "add to cart and add another course" and follow step 8 for each course.
  8. If you are done shopping click "add to cart and go to cart".
  9. Review items to ensure accuracy before check out. You must indicate if you want the bookstore to substitute now/used books if what you ordered is unavailable. If you are ready to checkout, click on "checkout" and go to next step. Otherwise, you can update cart or continue shopping (see step 8).
  10. Login-if you are a returning customer enter your login information. If you are a new user you must register to continue. Enter the required information and click on "create account"
  11. Delivery options-you must select ship or store pick-up. If requesting store pick up at a different campus than you are ordering from please allow two additional business days for your order to arrive at your preferred campus.
  12. Check the box if you wish to add comments or if the order is a gift.
  13. Once options are selected click on "continue checkout."
  14. Verify billing address is correct and update if needed.
  15. Payment information-select payment type and enter all required information. Click "continue checkout."
  16. Review you order and click on "submit" to complete the order and payment.
  17. An email with your order confirmation will be sent once order is placed.
  18. An email will be sent once the bookstore has begun processing the order.
  19. An email will be sent once your order has been fulfilled. Bring the order number and a photo ID for store pick up orders.
