The DMACC Academic Skills Guide is designed to help students-and their parents, counselors and teachers-answer questions like these. Based on interviews with DMACC's program chairs, the guide identifies entry-level skills for each diploma and degree program in the following areas:

The guide explains how these skills are used in the program and on the job. It also lists recommended high school courses for each program.
