This course is focused on learning how to provide support for customers visiting a clinic or office. The goal of this course is to learn how to provide customers with a positive experience during their visit, while being empathetic and understanding of their needs and concerns. Students will become aware of the impression they have on customers as they represent the organization as the first point of contact. Emphasis will be placed on customer-focused listening skills, as well as maintaining professionalism and self-discipline.
