Payment Due Dates

eBills

All eBills are sent via email to students' DMACC email account and any other personal email address the student has provided to DMACC. Students will receive an email notification from Student Accounts that their billing statement is ready to view and will contain a link to click to view and/or print their bill.

Authorized Payers set up by the student will receive the billing email notification at the same time the student does. Authorized Payers will have their own user ID and password to access student bills (given to them by their student).

Student's can update their personal email address in the DMACC Web Info System in "Update Personal Information" Students can also go online at any time to view and/or print their bills using the DMACC Web Info System. Students will need to:

  • Log into the Web Info System
  • Click on Student Accounts / Pay or View your Bill
  • Click on Student Account and Statement and Payment History to find their most recent bill
  • Click on Access QuikPay
  • Click on View Account
  • Click on Current Statement
  • Click on PDF file to view and print a copy of your bill

How Do I Make My Payment?

A. Payment in full using one of these methods:

  1. Online using MasterCard, VISA, Discover, or Electronic Check (eCheck).
  1. Online By Authorized Payer - Students can authorize a parent or sponsor to view and pay their bill through their own access. Students must set up Authorized Payers in QuikPay before parents are able to access the system. To add an authorized user, login to the WebInfo system, make an online payment, and then click on Authorized Payer.

  1. In person at any DMACC Campus

    • Cash (but not recommended for safety reasons)
    • Personal check, cashiers check or money order
    • MasterCard, VISA or Discover

* When you provide a check as payment, you authorize DMACC to use information from your check to process a one-time Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or a draft drawn from your account, or to process the payment as a check transaction. When DMACC uses information from your check to make an EFT, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day you make your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution. If your payment is returned unpaid, you authorize the collection of your payment and a return fee of $30 by EFT(s) or draft(s) drawn from your account.

B. FACTS Tuition Management Plan

If you owe $200 or more, you can set up a Tuition Management Plan through the FACTS plan at  to make monthly payments. The cost is $25 per semester and is nonrefundable. The $25 is automatically deducted from your checking, savings account or charged to your credit card (MC, VISA & Discover only) within a few days of setting up the payment plan. The monthly payments are also deducted from your checking or savings account or charged to your credit card (MC, VISA & Discover only) on the 5th of each month. The target dates are listed below:

You must apply for a FACTS plan by the due date posted on your DMACC bill.

To enroll for a payment plan you must apply online using the WebInfo System.

  • Click on Student Accounts / Pay or View your Bill
  • Click on Set up Payment Plan to Pay Student Account Balance
  • Select the Current Term
  • Click on e-Cashier logo
  • Complete application using banking information

C. Deferred Billing

This option is available to students whose employers offer tuition reimbursement programs. Contact Student Accounts on the Ankeny Campus at 515-964-6446 or 800-362-2127 ext. 6446, or visit the Deferred Billing page.

D. Financial Aid

File a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and complete all additional documents required by DMACC. If for any reason a student becomes ineligible for financial aid after selecting this option, it is the student's responsibility to make payment arrangements under another option.

E. DMACC Student/Community Resource Coordinator

Students may discuss options A-D with a Student/Community Resource Coordinator at any campus or Student Accounts at the Ankeny Campus.
