Personal Philosophy:

Russ believes you get out of life, what you put into it. This includes your; relationships, career, and education. Each of us has the potential and opportunities to experience and create greatness. Those who accomplish that goal take action and apply the necessary time, energy and resources.

Life in general and education, specifically is about developing the perspective and skills to 'swim out to your ship', rather than 'waiting for it to come in'. He loves teaching and helping people learn to swim… even if, sometimes, it means pushing them in the deep end.

Personal Philosophy:

Be yourself and find your true passion. In today's society we are often influenced to conform. Making it scary to be unique and follow our dreams. However, it is when we find our true passion in life and we tap into that drive that we really become successful. Follow your heart and love what you do and who you are. As Stephen Covey says “It comes from within”.

Personal Philosophy:

Education is the one thing we often take for granted in our formative years. It is the opportunity for us to be exposed to the world outside where we live, the opportunity to research, read, explore everything around us, and discover what it is in this huge world we want to specialize in. Take advantage of the opportunities to find what you love. Doors open, doors close, but we are always put in the place where we are meant to be when we are meant to be there. Look for the signs, they are staring you in the face.
