AboutCurrently, Dorothy is the Lead Corporate Dietitian with ABCM Corporation since 2004 for their 31 homes and 24 assisted living facilities. Some of her main responsibilities are coordinating the corporate menu system, all dietary procurement, mock survey program, and regulatory management in food service and nutrition care. She is also a Serve Safe Certification Instructor.
Previously, she had been with the State of Iowa-Department of Inspections and Appeals as a Health Facilities Surveyor-Dietitian, Mary Greeley Medical Center, ARAMARK, and Madrid Home in various management and dietetic roles, and worked independently at other facilities within Iowa.

AboutBarbara Thomsen CDM,CFPP, RAC-CT, ICAC is an active Certified Dietary Manager/ANFP member, serving on both the National Certifying Board and State Chapter boards/committees. Barbara is a 15+ veteran Long Term care CDM/CFPP. She has shared her regulatory knowledge across the nation with other ANFP State Chapter meetings, District/National Sessions as well as state Health Care Associations seminars. She has been published in numerous Long Term Care Publications as well as authored various Nutritional Manuals/Guidebooks. Barbara has been an adjunct instructor for the DMACC Dietary Manager Course for the past few years, preceptor and mentor. Recently Barbara successfully organized and lead DMACC's first CDM Exam Prep session.

AboutJill is a consulting dietitian in long term care facilities. She has many years of dietetic experience. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from Illinois State University.
