Annie Whyte, Adjunct Instructor
Chef Annie Whyte grew up in Des Moines has worked in the food and beverage industry since she was a teenager. Most of her experience has been in the front of house in a coffee shop and various restaurants and bars. She worked as an Assistant Food Stylist for 12 years before pursuing a culinary education with a career goal of becoming a Food Stylist.
Annie graduated with honors from the ICI in 2016 while simultaneously completing her B.A. in Organizational Studies from Grand View University. She is a proud recipient of The Marge Anderson French Culinary Scholarship and interned with Didier Lassaigne at Le Bon Accueil. She has worked full time as a Food Stylist since 2016 and has worked part time at the ICI since 2017.
