After his experience at the Savery, he moved into the role of Culinary Coordinator for Edencrest Green Meadows Assisted Living Community. There he planned meals and managed the kitchen for residents in the community. In 2018 he became a Research and Development Chef for Mom’s Meals in Ankeny, where he developed menus and meals that were shipped all over the United States at a rate of over 1,000,000 meals per week.
In his spare time, Chef Tim loves spending time with his family, mowing, and constantly finding new projects to start.
