Both probationary and full-status faculty may benefit from use of the DMACC Individual Development Plan for Faculty. Completing the form offers the faculty member the opportunity to report in writing to the provost, dean, or director his/her current initiatives and commitments, both on and off campus. Furthermore, he/she may delineate both short and long term goals to share with the supervisor. This information may be discussed and included in the formal evaluation.
