Collective Bargaining

The College recognizes the DMACC Higher Education Association (HEA) for the purposes of collective bargaining on behalf of contracted faculty, program chairpersons, media specialists, librarians, and counselors. The current collective bargaining agreement addresses grievance procedures, salary schedule, fringe benefits, leaves of absence, vacations/holidays, travel expenses, dues deductions, safety, voluntary transfers, involuntary transfers, employee reduction in force, supplemental pay, evaluation procedure, and compliance/duration.

The HEA contract, including the current salary schedule, may be accessed on the Web.

Adjunct faculty are not members of the DMACC Higher Education Association nor covered by the bargaining agreement.
