The College and Career Transition (CCT) Staff assist high school juniors and seniors, or other specified populations, with all post-secondary options available as well as assist students accepted to DMACC during their first year of college.
High school students and families can get assistance with:
- College and career exploration
- Visiting and selecting a college or apprenticeship
- Applying to college or apprenticeships
- Assistance with financial aid for college
College and Career Transition Staff work with the following high schools:
