Career Advantage Transcripts

​​​High school seniors: DMACC grades for high school students will not be final until June 17 and your DMACC transcript will be final on June 22. If you are taking DMACC courses this semester and would like to complete an online transcript request, you will want to wait until June 22 or after to send your transcript.

​​​​Transcripts are an official record of all credit granted while enrolled at DMACC.  DMACC will issue a transcript when students, or former students, request it. Before you send a transcript, please verify your most recent grades have been posted to your record. 
You have a few options to send your transcripts:

You can order your transcript through your myDMACC account and select "Request Printed/Official​ Transcript"  It will ask you to login. If you don't know your login information, call DMACC Tech Support at 515-965-7300. *Transcripts are sent to ISU via EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).
National Student Clearinghouse Transcript Ordering Center
You can order for $5 per copy. Use a major credit card or debit card to pay at time of request. Before you order please make sure all of your grades are posted to your DMACC transcript. Log in to myDMACC to view your transcript.​ If you don't know your login information, call DMACC Tech Support at 515-965-7300. The Clearinghouse will send out the transcripts via email.​​
