Group Fitness Classes

Spring Classes

If you are looking to switch up your routine or want to work out with others, then the DMACC Group Fitness Program is for you. We offer 12-15 FREE classes at the Campus Recreation Center for varying intensity and fitness levels.

Class location: During Building 5 renovation, Spring classes will now be held in Building 9, Room 12A.

6:00pm - 6:30pm Yoga with Dennise


11:50am - 12:20pm Cycle Circuit with Carole
12:30pm - 1:00pm Foam Roller with Dennise
4:45pm - 5:15pm Circuit with Dennise


11:30am - 12:00pm Foam Roller Pilates with Kathryn
12:15pm - 12:45pm P.H.A.A.T. with Carole
6:00pm - 6:30pm Cycle with Kathryn
