Group Fitness Classes

If you are looking to switch up your routine or want to work out with others, then the DMACC Group Fitness Program is for you. We offer 12-15 FREE classes at the Campus Recreation Center for varying intensity and fitness levels.
Class location: Classes will be held in Building 9, Room 12A.
11:30 am - 12:00 pm - Yoga with Dennice
12:15 pm - 12:45 pm - Cycle with Carole
6:00 pm - 6:30 pm - Zumba with Kathryn
11:50 am - 12:20 pm - Foam Roller with Dennice
12:30 pm - 1:00 pm - Tabata with Dennice
4:45 pm - 5:15 pm - Circuit with Dennice
11:30 am - 12:00 pm - Zumba with Kathryn
12:15 pm - 12:45 pm - Yogalates with Carole
6:00 - 6:30 pm - Cardio Strength with Sara
11:50 am - 12:20 pm - Pound with Kathryn
12:30 pm - 1:00 pm - Pilates with Kathryn
4:45 pm - 5:15 pm - Yogalates with Kathryn
11:30 am - 12:00 pm - Yoga with Carole
12:30 pm - 1:00 pm - Butt and Gut with Kathryn
