There are currently no active announcements.

If you are looking to switch up your routine or want to work out with others, then the DMACC Group Fitness Program is for you. We offer 12-15 FREE classes at the Campus Recreation Center for varying intensity and fitness levels.

Class location: During Building 5 Renovation, Summer Classes willl be held at the DMACC Ankeny Lake. Please meet at the Gazebo prior to class.

4:15pm - 4:45pm Instructor's Cardio Choice with Dennice

Wednesday:

Thursday:

11:50am - 12:20pm Zumba with Kathryn
