Campus Health is closed until further notice. Students with questions or concerns about COVID-19 need to call 2-1-1. Students with emergencies need to call 9-1-1. A Zoom meeting with the Campus Health Specialist or the Nurse Practitioner can be scheduled. The Nurse Practitioner Zoom mtg. hours remain Tuesday’s from 8am- 4pm and Wednesday’s 8am-Noon. Students must contact Campus Health to set up a meeting time and provide contact/meeting information. Students may contact Campus Health at 515-964-6352 and leave a message or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Messages are checked regularly. If students want to visit with Ed at Unity Point- Urbandale during his office hours there- calling the Urbandale office is mandatory. Unity Point is doing mainly online visits at this time. Clients will be sent to appropriate clinics that remain open based on the reason for the visit, otherwise, online visits will be scheduled appropriately at Unity Point Urbandale.

We offer DMACC students FREE visits with a nurse practitioner for health concerns and needs.
We also offer:
Physicals: Appointments mandatory, fee applies.
Immunizations: Hepatitis B, Tetanus/Diphtheria, Tetanus/Diphtheria & Pertussis, MMR, Varicella & TB testing. Fees apply. Check with Campus Health for pricing.
Assessment of minor illness/injury. Emergency First Aid provided.
Basic Lab Tests
Blood Titers: Drawn twice a week. Appointments mandatory. Fee applies.
Health Care Referral to local health care providers.
Educational materials are available in the Campus Health Office.
