How do I activate my DMACC Higher One card?

Please visit the DMACC One Card website, and enter your card number on the picture of the card and click “Go”. Enter the required information and follow the steps to activate your card.

When will I receive my DMACC Higher One Card?

Please visit the DMACC One Card website, and click on “Where’s My Card?”

What is my PIN/Password to my DMACC Higher One Card?

You can reset your Password by going to the DMACC One Card website, and clicking on “Reset Password” on the Homepage. To change your PIN, go to the DMACC One Card website, sign in, and click “Profile”. From the drop-down menu, click on “Password/PIN and then click “Reset PIN”.

How do I deposit money into my DMACC Higher One Account?

To make a deposit, go to the DMACC One Card website, sign in, and click "OneAccount". Click on "Deposit" from the dropdown menu and then "Deposit Slip" under the heading "Deposit Checks by Mail". Print this out and then you can either mail a check or money order to Higher One via U.S. Post Office or drop it off in the campus communication box and DMACC will overnight it to Higher One.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are normally processed once per week and they are sent to DMACC Higher One on Thursdays.

What form will my refund be in?

This depends on what option you chose when you activated your Higher One card – funds will be transferred to your bank account or funds will be on your Higher One card. go to the DMACC One Card website for more information about your refund options.

What is the FACTS plan?

The Nelnet Business Solutions Plan (formerly FACTS) allows you to make payments on a monthly basis if you owe $200 or more. A $25 non-refundable fee is assessed by Nelnet at the time of your application and is automatically deducted from your checking or savings account or charged to your credit card (MC, VISA & Discover). Down payments are also immediately deducted. Monthly payments are automatically deducted on the 5th of each month.

How do I sign up for the FACTS plan?

To sign up for the FACTS payment plan please visit the On-line Account Payment web page.

Can I change the monthly amounts on my FACTS plan?

FACTS plan payments are established for a set dollar amount and set number of months depending on when you signed up. FACTS payments are processed on the 5th of the month.

Why did I receive a bill when I have financial aid?

If you received a bill when you believe you have financial aid you need to check your Financial Aid Status online at DMACC InfoSystem.
