Responsibilities:

Entrance counseling for student loans for DMACC students & UNI/DMACC 2+2 students. (Val Enenbach & JoAnn Morlan)

Admission Office for Carroll Campus:

• Receive & Process applications for Carroll programs (Val Enenbach & JoAnn Morlan)
• Initial contact for prospective students & families (all)
• Enter COMPASS test scores (Cheri Wanser)
• Mail COMPASS test scores to other schools (Cheri Wanser, Val Enenbach & JoAnn Morlan)

Registration

• Meet with Students each semester that wish assistance with registration process (all)
• Meet with UNI/DMACC 2+2 students each semester to enroll in courses. (JoAnn Morlan and Richard Hogan)

Advising

• Track UNI/DMACC 2+2 students through their program. (JoAnn Morlan - Education and Richard Hogan - Tech Mgmt)
• Assist transfer students with transfer process (all)
• Teach SDV 130 classes (JoAnn Morlan)
• Teach SDV 165 classes (JoAnn Morlan)
• HS Consortium/Career Advantage students (Richard Hogan)
• ADN to BSN with U of IA (Val Enenbach)
• Notify students of canceled classes (Cheri Wanser)

Counseling

• Career Counseling (Richard Hogan)
• Personal/Crisis Intervention (all)
• Referral Services to local agencies (all)

Job Placement

• Contact for local businesses seeking student employees (JoAnn Morlan and Val Enenbach)
• Maintain bulletin boards in student lounge for job notices (Cheri Wanser, Val Enenbach & JoAnn Morlan)

• Set up/clean up ceremony & reception
• Arrange for program to be printed

• Available to give presentations to local schools, businesses and
  organizations about DMACC, Returning to School, etc.
• Coordinate workshops/seminars for community members & students
