Legal Assistant Program
The Legal Assistant/Paralegal Program prepares students to perform a broad spectrum of services needed by attorneys.
Graduates are employed in:
- private law firms
- courts
- public agencies
- legal departments of large companies
Additionally, some students work in law-related jobs such as investigation, collections and bank trust departments.
The program is approved by the American Bar Association.
Legal Assistants/Paralegals must work “under the supervision of a lawyer” and may not provide legal services directly to the public.
