2 + 2 Agreement with ISU

Iowa State has partnered with DMACC to develop transfer plans for students interested in careers in fitness and health promotion and who wish to start their educational experience at a community college. There are two new 2 + 2 Programs: Health Fitness Management and Community/Public Health, which will allow you to begin your first two years of classes at DMACC and to complete the last two years of your academic program at Iowa State. You can plan ahead and be sure of graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in four years.

We will work with you from the beginning of yoru program until you graduate from Iowa State. The academic staff at both institutions will assist you in planning the appropriate course sequence and to explore your career interests in fitness and health promotion through volunteer and/or field experiences, student clubs and other networking opportunities.
