Accounting/Bookkeeping Program

The Accounting and Bookkeeping program prepares students for a career in the field of accounting. Upon graduation, you will be able to distinguish, analyze, summarize, communicate and record business transactions.

Technical courses in taxes, payroll, computers and accounting allow you to seek advanced level placement. The internship part of the program provides a professional work environment under the combined guidance of a faculty member and a cooperating employer where many of the skills and procedures studied in the classroom are observed and practiced.
