DMACC OneCard
The New Official College ID of DMACC

In August, 2007, DMACC began issuing a new official College ID to all students, the DMACC OneCard. This College ID will provide access to student services such as library resources, events, and activities and will also act as a refund disbursement card to all credit students.

Even if you do not receive financial aid, there may be instances in which you receive a refund from the College. For example, if you drop a class during the drop/add period.

All refunds will be issued to students via the new DMACC OneCard. When you receive the card, you will use it to make your choice of how you want to receive College refunds.

  • Easy Refund: Direct deposit to a new free checking account and debit card. Funds will be available for immediate use via your DMACC OneCard debit card.
  • Electronic Transfer to your existing bank account.

The cardholder website will now only provide cardholders with Easy Refund and ACH (to other bank) refund preferences. The Paper Check refund preference will not be made available, except under the conditions of the following "Grandfather Rules."

  • If a cardholder's refund preference was set to Paper Check prior to Tuesday, April 29, the cardholder will be permitted to keep their Paper Check refund preference.
  • When a cardholder's refund preference is set to Paper Check due to grandfather rules, if the cardholder chooses to update their preference to either Easy Refund or ACH (to other bank), they will be informed that they will be unable to set their preference back to Paper Check in the future. Once a cardholder changes their refund preference from Paper check to either Easy Refund or ACH (to other bank), the cardholder will be unable to set their refund preference back to Paper Check.

If you are not certain that DMACC has your current mailing address, take a moment and visit the DMACC Web Info System and update your address information. You will also need to have your photo taken on a DMACC campus.*

We are very excited about this opportunity to provide students faster service and a choice on how they wish to receive their refunds. We encourage you to share this information with your classmates. We need your help in getting the word out to everyone.

*Students who chose not to have a photo taken for their DMACC OneCard will be required to provide photo identification for access to services at DMACC.
