J-Camp (Journalism Camp)

Students will again report, write, publish and take photographs to create their own 4-color, 12-page tabloid, printed by Wilcox Printing in Madrid. The newspaper will be inserted in the Boone News Republican the week following the camp. The camp will also include swimming, games, food, and fun!

Dates/Times:
Monday - Friday, July 21-25, 2008
8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Location: DMACC, Boone Campus.

Cost: The $60 tuition will cover lunch and admittance to any activity.

Parents will supply a morning or afternoon snack or drink one time during the camp. Assignments will be made after enrollment has been completed.
