FINANCIAL RESOURCE STATEMENT verifying your or
your sponsor's ability to meet ALL educational and
living expenses for one year, while you are attending
DMACC. This statement MUST be signed and sealed by
a notary public, or accompanied by a letter or statement
from a bank, dated within six months of the application.
Financial support of approximately $16,000 (USD)
is needed per year.

OFFICIAL
TRANSCRIPTS and proof of graduation from secondary school,
and transcripts from all post-secondary schools you have
attended. Photocopies can only be accepted if they are properly
notarized as true copies. Transcripts must be translated
into English. If you wish to transfer credits from a college
or university outside the United States, you must have the
transcript reviewed by a commercial service, at an additional
cost. Contact the International Student Office for more
information.

EVIDENCE OF YOUR ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY, if your
native language is NOT English. Submit one of the following:
- Official results of the
Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). (D.M.A.C.C.'s
code is #6177) A score of 173 (computer) or 500 (paper
test) or 61 (internet) is required for admission.
- Official transcript from
an accredited U.S. college or university showing successful
completion (“C” or better) of freshman level English
composition.
- DMACC ESL Compass score. The student who does not have TOEFL scores or an official transcript from an accredited U.S. college or university showing the English proficiency is eligible to apply for the DMACC I-20 for F-1 visa application or transferring to DMACC from a U.S. college or university. DMACC will provide the E.S.L. Compass test when the students arrive at the campus.

$100 PROCESSING FEE payment in US dollars. This may
be sent in the form of a bank draft or an international
postal money order. It must be paid before an I-20 will
be issued.

$3,000 DEPOSIT in US dollars to cover direct educational
costs for the first semester. After the international
student arrives in the U.S. the student must report
to the DMACC's International Student Office (ISO).
The ISO will assist the international student to complete
the procedures for registration. Then, the international
student must pay this deposit before his/her course
registration.

Student Transfer Form Click
here to print off the form If you are a transfer student
from another U.S. college or university, you must submit
International Student Transfer Form, a photocopy of your
I-20 from that school, as well as photocopies of the
identification page, visa page, and I-94 card from your
passport.
