Do you have a great idea that you’d like to try out with your students? Here’s a financial incentive to experiment and share the results with your colleagues. Application deadline: May 1, 2010

IDEA Membership Information

IDEA provides a variety of services for its members:

  • Hosts an annual developmental education conference each October.
  • Publishes a newsletter three times each year that contains articles and news about developmental education in Iowa and NADE.
  • Provides leadership and service opportunities.
  • Provides opportunities for members to make professional presentations at the annual chapter conference or publish articles through the newsletter.
  • Distributes a chapter membership directory which gives information about colleagues throughout the state.

Annual dues for the Iowa Developmental Education Association are $10. The membership year runs from November 1 to October 31.

To join IDEA, complete the membership form and send it, with a check for $10, to the address listed on the form. If you have questions about membership, contact our treasurer, Jane Marlowe.
