COURSE COMPETENCIES:

During this course, the student will be expected to:

1.       Explain the functions of commercial paper.

2.     Summarize the bank-customer relationship.

3.     Assess the scope of Article 9 of the UCC.

4.     Explain the laws, which assist creditors to collect debts.

5.     Assess a liquidation bankruptcy.

6.     Appraise the entrepreneur's options.

7.     Contrast the rights and duties of an agent.

8.     Examine general partnerships.

9.     Compare limited partnerships.
