Writing Assignment Guidelines
Introduction:
This page describes how to format your writing assignments in BSEN305
E-Commerce on the Web. Each paper should incorporate the following
requirements on the copy that is handed in for evaluation. Please keep in
mind that part of your paper's grade will be the proper use of the following
requirements.
Guidelines:
- Paper must be typewritten on white paper.
- Your Name and Assignment Title should be on all pages in a
footer.
- Use 10 or 12 point font for the body of the paper.
- Use a 1 or 1 1/2 line spacing for the body of the paper.
- Use a standard font such as Courier, Helvetica, Times New Roman,
etc.
- Identify and quote any direct quotes or exact copies of content in your
paper.
- All papers should include a bibliography and/or a
webliography in the appropriate format. This page is NOT counted as a
page of the paper.
- Proper punctuation and grammar are expected
- Correct Spelling is expected. Spell checkers are available - USE
ONE!
- Consider this to be a professional document focusing on
a technical issue. Use the appropriate writing styles, structure and
terminology.
- Quality is important not quantity!
Write these papers as if they were being written for your supervisor or for
an employment interview. Your job may depend upon how well you write what
you know!

Introduction:
This section describes how to format your Current Event assignments in BUS150
E-Commerce on the Web. Each event your turn in should include the
following elements. Using these basic guidelines will help the instructor
not lose your homework!
Guidelines:
- Must be typewritten on write paper
- Include your Name and Event Month on the top right hand corner of the
page.
- Center your Event title on the top of the page.
- The body of your text should use the same basic guidelines as listed
above.
- Each event should be a page or less.
Please attach any supporting material with a staple. This includes a
copy of the article, printouts or other documents that you used for the
event.
