I
have 40 years of practice in dietetics, maintaining membership and registration
with the American Dietetic Assoc. and Licensure in the State of The Dietary Manager Program is a
part-time credit training program. Our
non-traditional schedule is designed for working adults. Classes meet on
Tuesdays only and take two semesters to complete. The Program is approved by the Dietary
Managers Association and meets minimum requirements for HealthCare Facilities
Food Service Supervisors (formerly 90 hrs). |
